Job
Description : Lead and
manage 30-50 staff in daily store operations across terminals,
ensuring sales, service, security, and SOP compliance.
Conduct daily store visits and audits to drive
operational efficiency and improvements.
Develop, update, and enforce SOPs through regular
internal audits and best practice adoption.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with
effective service recovery.
Plan, implement,
and conduct staff training, onboarding, and competency
assessments.
Manage staff rosters, leave
administration, and overall resource optimization.
Oversee daily sales reconciliation, reporting, and
conduct spot checks on cash handling.
Maintain
strong relationships with clients, airport partners, and support
management
directives.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in airport
terminal operations.
Able to work on Shift
Duty.
