You will be guiding clients through

their property financing journey by providing tailored solutions,

building trusted relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience

from application to approval. You will play a pivotal role in

driving business growth while delivering exceptional client

service.

Key

Responsibilities

Promote and sell property financing solutions, including

home loans, refinancing, and renovation loans

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,

property agents, and partners to generate new business

opportunities

Provide expert financial advice,

matching clients with the most suitable property financing

solutions

Guide clients through the end-to-end

process, ensuring smooth application, approval, and

disbursement

Achieve sales targets while

maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements

Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations,

customer service) to deliver excellent client

experiences

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, or related

discipline

• Min 4 years of experience in

soliciting for commercial loans

property financing, banking, mortgage advisory, or sales would be

an added advantage
