Oversee all restaurant staff, ensuring
punctual attendance and adherence to SOP requirements.
Inspire employees to maintain high performance standards
and foster a positive, productive work environment.
Organize and communicate shift schedules for restaurant
staff based on staffing needs and business projections.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and
hygiene standards.
Handle customers' feedback
promptly.
Help prepare requisitions for
General Store items, ensuring stock levels are maintained
cost-effectively.
Monitor and manage all
operating equipment used in the restaurant, minimizing
losses.
Coordinate with Chef and other
department for any special promotion and ensure staff is aware of
it to ensure that up selling is exercised.
Carry out any other related tasks as directed by
management.
Requirements :
Diploma in F&B Services, Hospitality, or a related
field.
