SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee aftersales service team
• Plan, schedule and manage site team work arrangement
• Manage team members on daily work schedule
• Liaise and coordinate closely with both internal and external parties to ensure timely job completion
• Participate in site meetings when required
• Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
