Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and proactive Business Development Intern who's passionate about pop culture and eager to learn the business side of celebrity marketing.

You'll support our Brand Engagement team by researching market opportunities, building prospect databases, and initiating conversations that could lead to the next viral celebrity campaign.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Research and compile comprehensive databases of brands, celebrities across APAC
• Monitor entertainment industry trends and identify emerging talent with partnership potential
• Craft compelling outreach emails to brands, introducing ed&c's celebrity partnership opportunities
• Support the team in preparing pitch materials and prospect presentations
• Track outreach progress and maintain organized records of all business development activities
• Assist in market research for specific campaigns and celebrity collaborations

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE

You need to be naturally curious with strong research instincts, excellent attention to detail, and the enthusiasm to dive deep into pop culture trends while building meaningful business connections
