The Segments and Market Development team, is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Partnership and Relationship Management individual to join our growing team. This role offers an opportunity to work on the national donation and volunteering platform, giving.sg that enables the giving of time, skills, money, voice and networks to address needs in the community. The ideal candidate should have a passion for nurturing partnerships with strong analytical skills. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, support business strategies, and optimize processes.
The role is a client-facing role, responsible for identifying and securing partnerships that will help to grow new donors and volunteers for the giving.sg. In essence, the individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the business growth through the growth of channel partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Nurture Strategic Partnerships with other organisations to drive business growth and market expansion by developing and executing strategies, identifying potential channels and partners, and negotiating agreements to achieve mutual success with partners and growth on the giving.sg platform.
- Relationship Building through establishing strong relationships with partners including networking, engagements and communication to strengthen partner relationships to achieve long-term goals.
- Managing Negotiations and Agreements by drafting new and managing existing agreements to ensure they align with the organization's goals.
- Ensuring Communication and Collaboration to facilitate open communication between partners, ensuring all parties are aligned and working towards common objectives. Coordinate internally e.g. with the Marketing team, to support partnership initiatives, or gathering insights on donor and volunteer needs for the Digital team to support relevant solutions in product development and capability enhancements on giving.sg.
- Performance Monitoring. Tracking and analysing partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on account performance.
- Staying Updated on Industry Trends and Developments to identify new opportunities and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Social Sciences (or equivalent)At least 6 years experience in partnership / stakeholder management, experience in a sales / customer service or consumer brand development / consumer marketingProven ability to manage accounts and drive business growthStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesExcellent customer service and relationship-building skillsStrong business acumen and market awarenessStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines independentlyExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholdersAble to independently network and manage internal and external stakeholdersPlease note that your application will be sent to and reviewed by the direct employer - National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre
