Job descriptionDevelop, maintain, and update comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines using industry-standard software. Monitor project progress against baselines, prepare regular performance reports, and present findings to senior management and stakeholders. Identify and assess the impact of project scope changes on timeline, budget, and resources. Proactively adjust and revise project plans and schedules to mitigate risks and address project variations. Collaborate closely with operations teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain meticulous documentation of all project events, variations, and issues to support contractual and obligations management. At least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project planning or scheduling role within the construction industry. High proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
