Role and Responsibilities
- Ability to lead the Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
- Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
- Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Monitor project delivery quality to ensure they meet project requirements and regulations.
- Implement control measures for material / plant & equipment / utility usage.
- Supervise daily site activities.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil / Structural / Building EngineeringRequire to obtain either Advance Certificate in Construction Productivity,Certified Construction in Productivity Professional or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (CCPP / SDCPCCPP / SDCP)Minimum 2 years and above of project management experience with any scale of construction project.Computer skills- Using Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, etc.Certify in (CSCPM) Construction Safety Course for Project Manager or Manage Workplace safety & health in construction site lvl 4Microsoft ProjectTell employers what skills you have
