Roles & Responsibilities
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive sales and provide excellent customer service
- Manage customer accounts
- Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular and effective communications
- Handle customers’ enquires and propose solutions that meet their requirements
- Work with various departments to respond to customers’ technical queries
- Review customer’s quotation requirements against company’s resources and capabilities
- Follow-up with customers on quotations submitted to secure orders
- Perform contract review to ensure requirements match quotation’s terms of supply and ensure documents / information are sufficient for production and delivery
- Plan and execute sales strategies
- Conduct presentations and customer visits
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly Sales statistics and reports
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS :
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplineHard Skills :Understands BOM and DrawingsProficient with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Prior experience with ERP systems preferredSoft Skills :Excellent presentation skillStrong relationship management and interpersonal skillsMeticulous with attention to details.Motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently within a team environment.High level of initiative – can-do spirit, collaboration, continuous improvementHigh adaptability to dynamic environmentTell employers what skills you have
