About the Role
The Human Resource Department plays a pivotal role in attracting, nurturing and retaining talent to ensure that IPOS International continues to be a competitive employer. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of the organisation’s performance management, compensation, payroll, audit and operations. These include but are not limited to the following : Key Responsibilities
Support salary benchmarking and preparation of the merit increment and bonus computations. Review monthly payroll to ensure accuracy and manage payroll vendor to deliver end-to-end HR services. Lead in the preparation and response for internal and external audits. Ensure documentation, processes and controls are audit‑ready and compliant. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions promptly. Update and communicate changes to HR policies. System lead for the implementation of Onboarding / Offboarding modules in HR system. Streamline HR processes for efficiency and operational excellence. Are you the one? Please write to us if you have / are :
A Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or related discipline, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in HR generalist roles; Strong knowledge of performance management and understanding of the Singapore Employment Act, as well as familiarity with MOM, CPF and IRAS guidelines; Experience in managing audits and governance; Experience in managing outsourced HR service providers is a must; Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel); Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); Meticulous and professional in handling confidential information; and Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
