Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• To attend regular site meetings with professionals, including quantity surveyors, building services engineers, foreman subcontractors, and the client who has commissioned the building;
• To coordinate with main-contractors & sub-contractors and suppliers on necessary works arrangement to complete site work;
• Conduct regular site safety checks;
• Ensure the project runs to schedule, and find solutions to problems that may cause delays, such as the late arrival of materials;
• Assist to complete tasks as assigned by Project Manager.
