The Site Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction plans and schedules.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Estimate timeframes, resources, and budget.
- Supervise all construction activities on-site.
- Coordinate efforts of subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals.
- Ensure work is carried out in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Ensure construction meets all required standards and regulations.
- Address any defects or deviations promptly.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage unforeseen issues such as weather delays or material shortages.
Requirements
