Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Position is 24x7 AOG desk that requires shift work .
• Co-ordinate and control of components requirements from customer’s base station and liaising with customer on critical spares requests.
• Sourcing for spares availability.
• Coordinate with repair staff and purchasing staff on order status.
• Initiate loan / exchange / PO activities to support material shortages.
• Manage AOG requirements for local and overseas customers.
• Monitor of AOG / critical DSS requirements for C-Checks during off hours.
• Checking IPC / ACRT for P / N interchangeability.
• Liaise with internal departments, customers, freight forwards, and vendors if required.
• Data recording and digital documentation.
• Any other adhoc duties.
