The Company
We are seeking a highly organised and
detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our client in the
successful delivery of their transformation programme. You will
play a key role in driving project coordination and governance
across multiple workstreams, maintaining plans, tracking milestones
and risks, and ensuring consistent
reporting.
The Role
Support day-to-day project
coordination across multiple workstreams within the transformation
programme.
Maintain accurate project tracking
using tools like Asana (milestones, timelines, risks,
dependencies).
Guide and support workstream
leads in using project templates, status updates, and reporting
tools.
Collate programme-level dashboards and
updates for leadership and steering committees.
Ensure governance standards, PMO practices, and reporting
rhythms are consistently followed.
Prepare
documentation for programme meetings, including agendas, RAID logs,
and decision trackers.
Monitor cross-project
dependencies and proactively surface delivery risks or
blockers.
Partner with the Transformation
Office to ensure structured delivery and alignment across
initiatives.
Your
Profile
Bachelor's
degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
3-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO
support, or delivery-focused BA roles.
Hands-on experience using project collaboration tools
(ie. Asana, Monday.com, JIRA, Smartsheet).
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management,
status tracking, and RAID log maintenance.
Comfortable supporting multiple workstreams in a
matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Highly
organised with strong documentation and reporting
skills.
Proven ability to support governance
routines and leadership reporting.
Effective
communicator with the confidence to work across teams and
functions.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated,
with strong follow-through and
accountability.
