Business System Analyst Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions through system design, requirement analysis, and functional validation.

• Provide ongoing application support and participate across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and solution designs.
• Perform functional analysis and ensure solutions align with business objectives, processes, and technical feasibility.
