Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Provide overall leadership and direction to Sales and Service teams in ASEAN.
• Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Drive sales targets and revenue growth across ASEAN markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Ensure service teams deliver preventive, corrective, and upgrade solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Manage P&L for ASEAN operations, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to department heads and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regional regulations, and corporate governance standards.
