- Supervise daily operations of the fruit shop, including sales, cashiering, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a small team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Ensure product freshness, quality, and proper display of fruits.
- Manage stock ordering, receiving, and inventory control to minimize wastage.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any operational issues.
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist management in planning promotions or product displays.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or F&B management, preferably in fresh produce or supermarket environment.Good leadership and communication skills.Able to work independently and handle store operations with minimal supervision.Proficient in basic computer skills (POS, Excel, or inventory system).Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.Tell employers what skills you have
