Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Admin Executive to support our operations and service teams. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities, handling administrative tasks, and facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the operations and service teams
- Coordinate with sales teams to gather required service information
- Generate material purchase requisitions and track deliveries
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors on service-related matters
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in spare parts withdrawal for service jobs
- Track service reports and follow up on outstanding documentation
- Prepare invoices and maintenance reports for submission to clients
- Support internal audits, stock takes, and project documentation for BCA submission
- Maintain proper filing and project documentation in line with company policies
- Handle customer and supplier communications via phone and email
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative / project coordination rolesProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Dynamics NavisionMinimum education : ‘O’ Levels / ITE / equivalentStrong organizational and communication skillsMeticulous, with the ability to handle high volumes of documents and dataTell employers what skills you have
