Job descriptionDevelop precise cost estimates for both custom and standard products, focusing primarily on aircraft tooling and military vehicles. Work analytically and with attention to detail. Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, and sales teams to align estimates with technical specifications, client needs, and profitability goals. Assess technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements to identify cost-effective solutions for acquiring or fabricating tools and equipment. Deliver timely and accurate pricing for new projects, modifications, or repairs involving tools and Ground Support Equipment (GSE). Any other task as assigned by the Superior. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in estimating or cost engineering, preferably within a tooling fabrication and machining environment.
