Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and objectives
• Develop event proposals and budgets that align with client needs
• Prepare quotations and tenders for potential clients
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate logistics including transportation, catering, and AV requirements
• Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to their needs promptly and proactively
• Communicate regularly with clients and vendors to ensure a seamless planning process and execution of events
• Supervise event staff and ensure they are properly trained and prepared
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve event processes and procedures
