The Talent
At least five years of direct sales, operations and customer service experienceDegree or diploma holderA demonstrable track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment. Experience in on-ground activation and face-to-face selling is crucial.Fluent written and spoken English is requiredA high degree of self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude, especially when handling objections and rejectionWilling to be hands-on as needed and proactively assumes responsibilities for one's actionsAble to initiate and maintain strong relationshipsStrong people skills with a customer-oriented service attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications.Job Description
Proactively engage and build relationships with prospective partners at our recruitment centre and other high-traffic locations.Manage the sales counter, professionally handling inquiries from walk-in candidates and guiding them through the application and process.Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and following up on leads generated from various marketing channelsUpdate essential sales materials, including scripts, brochures, and FAQs, to ensure the sales team is well-equipped for successTrain, manage and monitor temporary staff who engage in lead generation and sales activities at the countersSupport the team in administrative duties such as tracking and reporting of sales channels & conversion ratesWork with various stakeholders including Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams to manage inquiries, requests and escalations efficiently including handling F2F engagement of escalated casesTrain and update support teams on the business’ products and servicesNext Step
