Full-Time | SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,500
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle return and refund requests via online platforms
- Liaise with various departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Perform front counter duties, including repair collections and walk-in enquiries
- Manage customer complaints, calls, and feedback professionally
- Schedule deliveries and service appointments efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned
- Maintain good communication and possess strong computer skills
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in customer service is preferredMinimum O-Level or Nitec qualificationStrong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesStrong attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer experiencesProficient in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceReady to Apply?
