Changi Airport Lounge Agent (Guest Services)

Responsibilities : Greet guests

warmly and assist with check-in procedures and lounge access

eligibility.

Attend to guests' needs promptly

and professionally, ensuring a high level of comfort and

satisfaction.

Handle special requests, guest

feedback, and service recovery with discretion and

efficiency.

Provide attentive table service,

including taking and serving orders, clearing tables, and resetting

dining areas.

Maintain familiarity with the

lounge's food and beverage offerings, including knowledge of

ingredients, allergens, and dietary restrictions.

Assist in food and beverage presentation and

replenishment to ensure consistent

quality.

Requirements :

• Outgoing personality

Strong

interpersonal and communication skills

Service-oriented with a positive attitude and team

spirit

Comfortable working shift

Working location : Changi

Airport Terminals

Working hours : 6 days per

week rotating shift including

overnight
