Job descriptionHandle customer enquiries via email, phone, and other channels Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely delivery Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, accounts, and technical teams Prepare documents for orders, shipping, and sales activities Follow up on special orders and stock availability Manage PO entries, verify order and invoice accuracy Liaise with forwarders and negotiate competitive shipping rates Track inbound shipments and maintain updated sales records Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Must possess at least a professional certificate / GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge in Microsoft Office Good communication & written skills in English Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg .
