Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

• Compile tender document
• Review tender document
• Notify parties involve for tender preparation
• Allocate taskforce for tender preparation work.
• Prepare technical proposal for tender submission
• Prepare commercial proposal for tender submission
• Prepare list of tender query and follow up on clarification for Tender
• Arrange and attend site visit
• Prepare Requisition for Quotation and source for supplier / subcontractors etc
• Request vendors and sub-contractors for quotation, and follow up
• Compile and review vendor quotations
• Material take-off and cost estimation / allocation
• Assist proposal / Tech / BD manager on tender related works, including support for Prequalification document submission for potential project, BD activities etc
• Lead / oversee entire proposal works / team, as and when necessary including Civil, Mech, E&I works etc
• Pricing strategy
• Prepare content list for tender submission
• Compile tender document including technical, commercial etc
• Tender review and submission
• Attend to tender clarification after submission
• Pre-award contract review.
• Proper / smooth hand over to Project or other department or personnel upon award
• Pre-award contract review.
• Support Tender / BD / other department on any related works when required
• When required and requested, support Project department for Project works as Senior Project Engineer role
• Other works that are similar or related to above works as instructed by Management or BD / Proposal manager
