Job descriptionManage and process hire purchase loan applications with accurate documentation. Guide customers through loan terms, repayment schedules, and requirements. Verify, update, and maintain customer information in line with compliance standards. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal departments to ensure smooth processing. Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents and payments. No experience required.
