Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice approvals, staff reimbursements, and timely payments in compliance with policies and standards.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations, tax filing, and audit documentation.
• Handle daily finance operations such as invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations, ensuring governance and escalation of issues.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and excellent service.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, internal controls, and participate in finance projects or system enhancements.
• Manage queries from stakeholders and vendors professionally and promptly.
