Roles & Responsibilities
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Location : One North
Salary : Basic up to $2500 with AWS and Sign on bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the outsource partner to manage accounts payable functions
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Ensure timely processing of e-invoices
- Verify, classify, compute, post and record accounts payable data
- Reconcile payments and report discrepancies to management
- Perform account reconciliations and prepare monthly financial and management reports
