Student Care Principal (New Site)

Ginger Spark Education is growing! We are opening a second

centre and are looking for a hands-on, empathetic and organised

Principal to lead the team and shape the experience of our students

and families.

Your

Mission :

As Principal, you'll lead

day-to-day operations and act as the anchor for your team, students

and families. This is not a desk-only role, you'll teach a few

sessions weekly to stay close to the children's development and

coach your teachers with insight and

empathy.

Your Key

Responsibilities :

• Lead and support a team

of teachers and support staff (including cook / cleaner), with

passion for innovative education models, including personalised

learning and whole-child advancement

selected subjects (1-2 hours / day) to track student progress and

coach learning habits

relationships with parents through regular feedback and

dialogue

joyful learning atmosphere

programme activities with the central team

with HQ for curriculum alignment and operational

support

Polytechnic Diploma or above (Degree preferred)
