Position : Sales Consultant

Department : Perm Placement or Contract Placement Team

Position Overview

• Business Development : Use websites, LinkedIn, social media, and events to find new clients and job seekers.
• Talk to hiring managers to understand what kind of people they need for their teams.
• Handle everything from posting job ads to interviewing and helping with job offers.
• Arrange and confirm interview times, and keep communication smooth.
• Support the onboarding process to make sure new employees settle in smoothly.
• Track and report on hiring progress and recruitment activities.
• Meet KPI sales
