Quality Assurance Assistant - Aerospace (Up to $4000) #NJN - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Location : West

Working hours : 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities :

• Compile and coordinate the submission of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to customers in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
• Maintain and update technical documents, drawings, specifications, and process instructions to ensure traceability and version control.
• Perform dimensional inspections of manufactured components using calibrated tools and equipment to verify conformance to engineering specifications
• Document inspection results and escalate non-conformances for review and resolution
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective / preventive action (CAPA) activities to address quality issues and drive improvement
• Prepare documentation and evidence packages for internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects by collecting data, identifying trends, and supporting implementation of process enhancements
• Assist in the development of visual aids, checklists, and training materials to reinforce quality awareness across teams
