Roles & Responsibilities
Job responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in quality planning such as FMEA, control plan, mistake proofing, supplier qualifications
- Maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead in supplier quality and Supplier development management activities including supplier performance assessment, warranty and claim process and supplier certifications
- Drive statistical methods in process control and continual improvement in process control and quality
- Provide technical support during Project QA, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required
- Ensuring the compliance with all the specifications and requirements included in the signed EPC contracts .
- Co-ordination with Safety / O&M / technical / engineering resources / customers and other stakeholders for QA / QC activities as needed
- Develop and maintain a non-conformance control system including issuing of non-conformance reports to the Suppliers / Contractor and ensure corrective actions are implemented and effective
- To understand and support QC activities when required.
Requirements :
Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA / QC roles.
Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Previous exposure to or experience in the oil & gas industry is an advantage.Tell employers what skills you have
