Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of experience in sales / business development (Bakery / Food / FMCG preferred) Good knowledge of bakery products (cakes, pastries, bread, snacks, etc.) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Target-oriented and able to work independently Basic computer skills (Excel, emails, reports) Pleasant personality and confident in meeting clients Willing to travel for client visits and market promotion activities
Responsibilities
- Find new customers for bakery products (retail shops, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, offices, etc.)
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and take regular orders
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase company revenue
- Visit clients, explain products, share samples, and negotiate pricing
- Promote bakery items through offers, festivals, and social media support
- Collect customer feedback and suggest new products to the production team
- Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Keep records of sales, enquiries, and daily / weekly reports
- Understand competitor products and market trends
- Help in planning marketing campaigns and brand promotions
