Roles & Responsibilities

Chee Geen Interior Pte. Ltd is seeking a dynamic Director of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the seamless flow of goods and materials imported from China. This is a critical leadership role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Demand Planning & Forecasting : Oversee demand planning processes to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal inventory levels.
• Sourcing & Procurement : Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Logistics & Distribution : Direct all aspects of logistics, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Inventory Management : Establish and maintain optimal inventory control policies and procedures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Process Optimization : Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve overall performance.
• Technology Implementation : Evaluate and implement relevant supply chain technologies and systems to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
• Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
• Performance Monitoring : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance & Sustainability : Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and promote sustainable supply chain practices.
