Our d’Klub Mentoring Programme is one of CCSS’s flagship initiatives. Through mentorship, life skills, and meaningful relationships, we help children and youths discover their potential and thrive in school and in life. We seek a servant leader who serves with humility, a heart for people and someone who fosters strong relationships through integrity and love.
Key Responsibilities
Volunteer Management
- Recruit, orient, train, and guide new volunteers to ensure meaningful involvement
- Build strong volunteer relationships through regular updates, feedback, and support
- Plan and lead engaging activities such as annual retreats and appreciation events
- Monitor and evaluate volunteer contributions, implementing improvements where needed
d’Klub Programme
Engage and mentor children through tuition, character-building lessons, and life-skills activitiesDesign and execute curriculum and activities with volunteersOrganise outings and experiential learning opportunities for both children and volunteersConduct home visits to support families, assess beneficiaries’ progress and prepare home visit reports.Collaborate with schools, parents, and community partners to ensure holistic supportOther Contributions
Assist beneficiaries with administrative support such as financial assistance applications when requiredProvide administrative and programme support to the Care Youth DepartmentTake on other duties as assigned to contribute to the growth of CCSS programmesCompetencies

Degree holder, preferably in Social Sciences or related fieldsAt least 1 year of experience in community services or working with children and youthsAvailable to work full-day on Saturdays (essential for programme activities)Position Summary
As a Programme Executive (d’Klub), you will play a vital role in shaping young lives by coordinating volunteers, managing centre operations, and delivering impactful mentoring programmes. You’ll also support the wider Care Youth Department with programme and administrative tasks.
