Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Delivery : Oversee the full project lifecycle of ITO engagements (application development, maintenance, testing), ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards.
- Client & Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary client contact. Build trusted advisor relationships, manage expectations, ensure high client satisfaction (CSAT), and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Team & Resource Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate the project delivery team (local and / or offshore). Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, and ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.
- Financial Management : Take full ownership of the project's Profit & Loss (P&L). Conduct precise gross margin analysis, control costs, and drive profitability improvements.
- Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring seamless delivery.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project / program delivery or delivery management within the IT outsourcing (ITO) / software services industry .Proven track record of successfully managing offshore / onsite delivery models for international clients.Solid experience in managing project P&L, budgeting, and gross margin calculation .Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working for a Chinese IT service company is a plus.Tell employers what skills you have
