Duties and Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Assistant Reservations Manager, the Reservations Executive is directly responsible for handling telephone enquiries, accepting reservations, and inputting the information into the computer system.
- Work closely with all Front Office and Sales colleagues, providing lead advice and constant “feedback” concerning both enquiries and firm reservations.
- Assists in maximizing the hotel’s occupancy potential, whilst protecting the hotel’s business mix.
- Maintain a professional yet friendly business manner in all guest and client interactions, both personally and in correspondence and on the telephone.
- Guide and train the Reservations Agent.
