SENIOR / SERVICE SALES ENGINEER

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Achieve assigned budget for Order Intake / Sales Turnover / Gross Profit
• Develop and grow service business, as well as, to protect Yokogawa system / solution installed base in Singapore
• Review customers’ service modification requests and work closely with service operations to generate quotations
• Maintenance contract sales pursuit and renewal. Timely renewal of the back-to-back support with YHQ / 3rd party vendors
• Proactively work with supporting departments / 3rd party vendors to identify new opportunities to expand installed base
• Collaborate with various Departments / 3rd party vendors to generate solutions to meet customers’ requirements / upsell offerings
• Manage high volume of quotation requests and turnaround in short notice
• Process order booking and proper handover to operations team
