About the Company

We are an international digital marketing and technology start-up, working with global clients and partners to drive growth through data, performance marketing, and digital solutions. To build and strengthen our Singapore operations, we are looking for a hands-on Director to lead operations, finance, and compliance.

Role Overview

As Director, you will play a key role in managing daily operations, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work across international teams. You will also support strategic initiatives and help shape the growth of the Singapore entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the appointed company director in Singapore, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Oversee financial reporting, cash flow, invoices, payroll, and operational expenses.
• Manage relationships with banks, accountants, and corporate secretary.
• Support senior management on business, product, and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate with overseas offices on compliance, reporting, and communication.
• Liaise with clients and partners on operational and financial matters.
