What You'll
Do
Lead and coach a
team of telesales executives to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and
monthly sales KPIs
Recruit, train, and ramp
new hires quickly and effectively
Monitor
performance using dashboards, talk-minutes, conversion data, and
daily call targets
Build a strong team culture
that balances high performance with zero politics
Partner with our marketing and admissions team to give
feedback on lead quality and funnel efficiency
Handle both B2C and B2B sales conversations as needed -
especially for large volume enrolments
Report
directly to the CEO with full accountability for your team's
revenue
What We're
Looking For
Proven
experience managing telesales or inside sales teams (education
sales experience is a plus)
Deep understanding
of outbound call activity, objection handling, and sales
psychology
Strong leadership, coaching, and
performance management skills
Data-driven
mindset - you can diagnose issues with numbers, not just
intuition
