About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and involves working closely with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to deliver high-quality regulatory reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between business and technology teams for regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements (e.g. MAS, APRA, HKMA, ECB, PRA, EMIR, MiFID, Dodd-Frank, etc.).
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and data mapping.
• Participate in solution design, test planning, UAT coordination, and post-implementation reviews.
• Validate data integrity and completeness across various regulatory reports.
• Monitor reporting performance and accuracy, and support audits and regulatory inspections.
• Contribute to process improvements and control enhancements to mitigate reporting risk.
