We're in search of an energetic and committed person to join our sales & marketing team, as we continue to grow our educational centre established in 2007. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will report directly to the Director and be responsible for various marketing and sales initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is able to :
- Managing customer queries through various channels such as Phone, Email, Social Media, Video, and In-person interactions,
- Providing pre-course counselling and handling course registration procedures,
- Administering, documenting, and refining sales and marketing operations,
- Designing, overseeing, and implementing digital marketing and advertising initiatives,
- Crafting marketing materials, which includes content for websites, landing pages, brochures, and online advertisements (Facebook, Google), as well as videos.
Qualifications
Strong academic background in English, evidenced by good O or A Level grades, or a Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing related.Good verbal and written communication abilities.Knowledge / Experience in Digital Marketing / E-commerce, specifically in managing Facebook and Google ad campaigns, and online channel marketing.Skills in Adobe Photoshop or comparable image editing software.Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.Contract position for duration of 12 months.Roles & Responsibilities
