Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
o Prospect and promote jewelry products and services to walk-in customers and online platform users.
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (e.g., FB Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Emails, inbound calls).
o Attend to customers’ queries in-store and online.
o Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
o Provide after-sales service by following up with customers, soliciting feedback, and offering promotional codes.
o Handle complaints and feedback professionally and competently.
o Conduct daily stock counts and manage accurate inventory levels.
o Support merchandise transfer, stock take, and inventory counts.
o Assist in scheduling jewelry repairs and ensuring smooth fulfillment processes.
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and strategies to boost sales revenue, both in-store and digitally.
o Create engaging content for social media platforms, including photography, videography, and video editing using tools like Capcut.
o Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to optimize engagement strategies.
o Monitor and analyze social media / digital analytics to recommend new strategies for improved performance.
o Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotions.
o Contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions and provide support in planning and executing marketing shoots.
o Build interdepartmental relationships to enhance efficiency and achieve positive outcomes.
