Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Human Resource (Performance & Engagement)
Support the annual performance appraisal cycle including goal setting, moderation, promotions, and appeals, ensuring timely and accurate completion across all departments.
Coordinate the Employee Engagement Survey and follow-up actions, analyze results, and support initiatives to enhance staff engagement and workplace culture.
Manage annual Conflict of Interest and Compliance Leave exercises, ensuring policy adherence and proper escalation of potential issues.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior management to prepare reports, facilitate sessions, and maintain clear communication throughout HR cycles.
Undertake any other projects as assigned
Requirement :
Bachelor's Degrees in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Business Management or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
