Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall coordination, status reporting, and execution of project work efforts to ensure successful delivery.
- Establish and implement standardized project management processes and methodologies to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business and quality expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, assign tasks to team members, and oversee daily work efforts. Monitor progress, identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and escalate issues when required.
- Track key project milestones and proactively adjust plans and resources to meet evolving business needs.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders on project scope, budget, risks, and resource requirements.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized PM curriculum required.8–15 years of IT work experience, including 5–8 years managing projects.Proven ability to manage projects across multiple technologies and functional areas.Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, resource management, and change management techniques.Experience in the Financial and Banking industry preferred.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work effectively with diverse business and technology teams.Proficient in preparing and presenting project reports to senior management.Ability to quickly understand and adapt to internal compliance and governance processes.Domain / Technical Knowledge (Preferred) :
Banking Domains : Wholesale Banking (Transaction Banking, Payments & Collections), Retail & Mobile Banking, Digital Channels.Project Delivery : End-to-end lifecycle, Agile / Waterfall, process reengineering; experience managing at least 3 projects within budgets of SGD 10–25M.Technology & Ops : Core Banking, SWIFT, Online & Mobile Platforms.Stakeholder Management : Senior stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, vendor coordination.Tell employers what skills you have
