Roles & Responsibilities
Provide field service support in either the operation or maintenance of the semiconductor lithography equipment in cleanroom.
Description
1) Install, configure, and test equipment or systems at customer sites.
2) Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
3) Diagnose technical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
4) Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support.
5) Train clients and end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.
6) Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and records of work performed.
7) Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
8) Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and provide solutions.
9) Advise customers on equipment upgrades or replacements when needed.
10) Travel frequently to customer locations for service and support.
11) Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and improvements.
12) Share field feedback to improve product design and service.
Requirement
Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 2 years job related experience
Knowledge and skills in the application of electrical engineering principles, processes and practices.
Knowledge in regulations, codes and safety practices associated with electrical systems
Knowledge of Office and engineering / technical related computer applications, databases and systems.
