Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior UI / UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process for multiple product features, ensuring seamless and user-friendly experiences for a wide range of stakeholders. You will be involved in research, ideation, prototyping, and design iterations, creating solutions that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX research through user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behaviours, needs, and challenges.
• Translate research insights into user journeys, personas, workflows, and design solutions that improve usability and satisfaction.
• Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design intent.
• Collaborate with engineers and backend developers to create clear and usable data visualisations.
• Optimise dashboard layouts and user interfaces for various operational scenarios.
• Conduct usability testing with end-users and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Ensure designs are accessible, intuitive, and aligned with user-centered design principles.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals.
• Contribute to design systems, style guides, and best practice frameworks for UI / UX.
