Finance Manager (Start-up)

We are partnering with a fast-growing start-up in search of a

Finance Manager to join their expanding global finance team. This

is a hands-on role where you'll own group reporting, compliance,

and consolidation across multiple markets, while driving process

improvements and supporting growth

initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist with month-end close and group

consolidation.

Prepare accurate financial

reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Ensure compliance with IFRS and manage audits, tax, and

statutory reporting.

Partner with AR, AP, and

operations teams to streamline processes.

Support system implementation

projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum 7 years of experience, ideally within a start-up

environment.

Strong technical accounting

knowledge with IFRS expertise and experience in

consolidation.

Adaptable, proactive, and

comfortable in a fast-paced start-up

environment.
