Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Senior Regional Compensation & Benefits Executive :
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned country or region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
- Prepare payroll-related reports and assist in internal and external audits or reviews
- Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and incentive program administration
- Maintain up-to-date C&B data in HR systems and generate reports for business use
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on compensation planning, budgeting, and policy development
- Ensure all compensation and benefits activities comply with statutory regulations and internal governance standards
- Participate in various compensation and benefits projects and initiatives as required
Job Requirements :
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related disciplineAt least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a focus on payroll processingMultinational or regional exposure is preferredSolid knowledge of the MOM Regulations and local payroll practicesStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracyProactive, independent, and able to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentEffective stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointUnderstanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll complianceAdditional Information :
