Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide first level support / advice / assistance in the use of SAP HR / SF / ECP to line users
• Work closely with SAP IT / GIT Department to resolve system issues / problems
• Analyzes and defines business requirements
• Coordinate between end users and IT / GIT when implementing new initiatives
• Introduce continuous improvements to help end users achieve better efficiency and productivity
• Ensure data integrity and harmonization in HRIS system
• Provide guidelines and best practices to the maintenance of data within SAP HR with the other integrated HRIS systems
• Lead or provide support on the enhancement / upgrading / interfacing of SAP HR with other HRIS systems
• Ensure that the batching of information from other interfacing systems are accurately ported over to SAP HR
• Review and assess the feasibility of new / enhanced reports
• Fine tune and submit user requests to IT Department
• Conduct user acceptance test
• Provide technical support / advice / assistance to users
• Troubleshoot, review and assess the feasibility of systems enhancements
• Fine tune and submit user requests to IT Department
• Support user acceptance test
• Support the creation and enforcement of policies for effective data management
• Formulate techniques for quality data management to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
• Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis
• Assist to establish rules and procedures for data sharing for internal and external stakeholders
• Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards
• Assist with management reporting and data extraction when needed
